Privacy Policy
This is a working draft and must be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
What we collect
To operate your account we store the information you provide: your email (or Apple sign-in identifier), your business profile, and the student, session, invoice, and payment records you create. We collect only what is needed to run the service.
How your data is stored
Your records are stored in our PostgreSQL database and are scoped to your account. We keep encrypted backups off-site so your data can be recovered. Access is restricted and protected in transit by HTTPS.
What we never do
- We do not use advertising SDKs.
- We do not sell your data or your students' information.
- We do not include student names, notes, contact details, or payment references in logs or analytics.
Sign in with Apple
If you use Sign in with Apple, we store Apple's stable identifier for your account. If Apple provides a relay email, we treat it only as a contact address, never as your identity key.
Export and deletion
You can export your data (CSV or JSON) and request account deletion from inside the app. Deletion removes or anonymizes your account data; copies may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire on their normal schedule.
